This unit is so amazing. Graphics amd realistic viewcbis incredible. Csn use the unit for movie and videos, so not just for ganes. Can stop using this ubit.

I wish they’d go on sale because this model has been out for years but my kids do love it and we haven’t had any issues with the headset or controllers so far.

Loved the new lenses, they really give a whole new feel to the vr world. Quality is a huge upgrade and overall love this product.

Lot's of fun for like... 3 days. But then I missed seeing the sun. When you put this on.. You put it on for at least an hour. That's a long time to be INSIDE of a videogame. The Earth is still spinning while you're in there. Time still passes while you're in there. You still age while you're in there. I recently saw on Instagram.. There are kids out there.. Scratch that.. There are ADULTS out there that will immerse themselves in these games for DAYS. I'm talking sleeping.. EATING with this headset on. Virtual boyfriends and girlfriends... That alone was enough for me to say, "no thanks." I'll stick to a controller and monitor. Go outside. Listen to the birds. Listen to the neighbor mow his lawn or lend an ear to the spouses having a heated argument. Go take your dog for a walk. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. For the love of God, touch the grass. In all seriousness, I bought this because I thought it would just be fun to have to entertain guests. "Hello, welcome to my home! Crack open some beers and climb the Alps today? Perhaps get into a virtual bar fight? Release some inner demons?" Seriously.. It's really neat. It's fun. But spending $700 to completely tune out the beauty of life happening around you is a WILD concept. Provided I had $700-$1200 laying around to burn, I would consider buying one of these again, but it would have to be one of the PC headsets. From the research I've done, the Quest headset is relatively limited as far as picture/graphics goes. Interesting product. Not for everyone. But if you are going to dabble in this community and spend this kind of money, consider the other options on the market

The best VR headset i have used to date. I was a previous PSVR and a Rift S owner and i can say this is the absolute best headset to date. I love the fact it doesnt have a wire hanging on the side and it can still connect to your pc wirelessly .

The Quest 3 is amazing! So much faster with better graphics than the Quest 2. Mixed reality is awesome.

I bought this coming from a HP reverb G2. That was a significant upgrade from the quest 2. I got the quest 3 thinking it would be some sort of upgrade. Well, the tracking and the overall experience was somewhat easy to setup, i just didnt think it was up to par. First off, the G2 and the Q3 have very similar resolutions, the Q3 has pancake lenzes which do a better job with clairoty all around the picture, but the G2s clairity where the main view point is i believe to be just as if not more clear. The tracking, while better than the G2, was not amazing. You still loose tracking when you put your hands over your head or somewhat behind you. Honestly the G2 was a massive step up from the Q2. But the Q3 just didnt advance enough for it to get to the next level in my opinion. Also the one i got came with a dead pixle right in the middle which was what inspired me to return it. Ill save up another hundred dollars and get a pimax next to try.

First I’m an Apple Fan but $3 grand plus as a consumer on their headset is a bit of a stretch. Steve Jobs knew it when we were given the iPhone what price points their items needed to be at to get a head start in the market. Mark Z took that model with the Meta Quest 3 VR headset! Absolutely amazing. The level of technology and immersive experience is worth every penny. Even my wife stated it was a good purchase and to win her over I believe this product will go further. Of course I did enough research and YouTube watching to get an idea. That’s the best place to get instructions on a lot of products that most companies haven’t figured out how to do quite yet to consumers unfamiliar with products. Needless to say whatever games you like as a kid, teenager or adult this is the product to purchase to relive or enjoy a new experience! Buy it! K

Best quest ever. I also own quest 1 and 2. Getting better every version. Worth the monies.

The kids use this thing not stop and they are always checking it to see if it is charged. I havent used it because i get motion sickness and i dont think it would go well for me.

Improvements in image quality with the new lenses are welcome and very noticeable. Also the Quest 3 is much improved when it comes to passthrough over the Quest 2, if/when mixed reality content starts rolling out I thing there is much potential for new and groundbreaking games and apps to be enjoyed. My biggest gripe is the stock head strap. It has got to be the most uncomfortable piece of torture device ever engineered for a consumer product. The plastic piece in the back digs into the back of your head to the point where after about 30 minutes it's almost unbearable to wear any longer. The first thing you're going to want to do is replace that nightmare for something actually designed to be worn without giving you a migraine.

Great item! Son got a kick out of it. Bought it for his 15th bday and he has been stuck to it since. No damages very easy to set up

The main difference between Occulus 2 and 3 is a game changer. Occulus 2 is Virtual Reality, where Occulus 3 is Augmented Reality. I cant wear the Occulus 2, I get motion sick. I can wear Occulus 3, because i can see where I am. Think of it like this… wear the Occulus 3 and you can augment the space around you. Put a paper bag over your head (safely) to block out seeing the space around you, and you have virtual reality.
