Rig works well but Best Buy sold me a used or turned in unit that i initially bought new. Didnt realize it until a week after christmas when my family got to using it. Was able to factory reset but Best Buy needs to do better.

I think it’s good for watching tv on movies if you live in a place that doesn’t really fit a tv. It’s also very easy to use and set up and I think the games were also fun to play and you could get distracted for hours and lose track of time overall I think it’s a fun thing to use.

The quest 3 the perfect device for gaming, streaming or bonding. With new releases like Batman orca how wrong could you go? The 3s an insane price but different lens. Why haven’t u joined the meta fam yet?

This has been a game changer! Watching Netflix, exploring new lands, or fighting the bad guys as Batman, the experience is amazing. From 7 years old to 67 years old, the whole family enjoys this headset.

The best gift ever! We bought one for the household at Christmas, and just went and bought another one! We are all addicted to the games and social environments. So much fun!

This was a good investment. With the 500gb for space you can go download happy with the huge library Meta has on the store. Also the VR world looks amazing using the link cable. Definitely a must have!

Great headset. Lots of fun to use and comfortable.

My son spends a lot of time on it. It’s good because it keeps him somewhat active. I’ve gotten my hands on it and it is really neat but you have to use it a lot to get past that motion sickness. All in all it’s a good product worth the price.

Excellent VR headset. My partner and I are long distance, and we sit in Big Screen and watch movies, and play games together. Truly a great device, and a much needed upgrade from the Quest2

This is one of my son’s favorite devices. He loves it! Unfortunately his strap broke and it came off his head while using it. The device still worked, but the inside was loose. I brought the item back to the store to see if it could be repaired. As it turned out it was still under warranty and Best Buy replaced it with a new one. Thanks Best Buy!

Much better than I expected. The motion tracking is amazing - virtual rooms remain rock steady regardless of head/body motion. The resolution of the eye display screens is good - watching movies in the virtual cinema is good. The pass through resolution is pretty weak, but good enough to make the mixed reality games enjoyable

The battery life is still not great, but it is better than previous machines.

Best buy staff is very friendly and I am happy with this product. I will definitely do business with best buy again.

Hands down better than the Meta 2. One thing we are having a problem with is charging it up and the battery pack. It’s sometimes not fully charged up even though we left it hooked up for 8 hours.
