Bought this for my kids and they love it. The quality is outstanding.

Bought two one for me and my girlfriend its a great headset i have psvr2 aswell but i prefer the meta quest 3 due to it being cordless i recommend getting the larger storage

Good quality. My only concern is that I hope that people don't buy the extended warranty from best buy. Its cheaper to buy the extended warranty through the original manufacturer. I saved almost 100$ doing it that way

Bought for my wife, for her birthday. She really loves it. I've used it a couple times. The graphics and things you can do are amazing.

4 stars because - the default face interface is awful. It grows bacteria in the first hours of use. Get a silicone or PU leather one. Other than that, the games perform very well. You get a lot of games with the free 3 months of horizon+.

Way better than the 3s . Better quality and features. I love everything about it and I only had it for 4hrs

Great gaming headset, feels like you are in the game. I was worried they would not fit me since I wear glasses but with the ability to change the visuals enough for your eyes until you can see clearly, I do not need to use them with it. Very cool.

This is 1000% better than the Quest 2. it is unbelievable how real everything and the AR feature is nuts! absolutely love it

Quest 3 is an upgrade from the Quest 2. The mixed reality has been even greater than expected. The graphics and speed are better. Looking forward to the new games that make use of the new processor chip. I replaced the headstrap with a BOBOVR M3 to make it perfect.

Amazing product. In perfect condition. The clarity is amazing both in vr and Mr. I only have 1 eye and I was worried this wouldn't work for me but it's honestly so incredible I can't describe it other than it feels like having 2 eyes.

I dont get vr sickness as easily due to the pancake lenses. The headset is really comfortable as long as you buy 3rd party headstraps and accessories. The official Meta products are way too overpriced. Bought to replace Quest 2.

No doubt a great headset. Despite not having the OLED screen like the PSVR2, the image quality is arguably better, due to Oculus’s lenses and PSVR2’s mura defect. Wide angle FOV and a good fitting seal makes for an immersive experience. Pass-through is an amazing feature. The hand tracking is on point. My FAVORITE part is the audio and microphone. REALLY HIGH QUALITY for no actual headphones. And the mic is supposedly very clear according to friends I play with. Dont skip it if youve been eyeing it.

This is not about the product as it was totally fine and it was doing what it was suppose to do. No complaints there, but the 2 star is for two reasons. The overall declining experience of the purchase, increasing reliability concerns on Bestbuy but at the same time I still feel like I am a loyal Bestbuy customer, hence the 2 star. This purchase was made duiring the holiday season(early Dec 2025) where there was an offer with the purchase of the product. It was at its full price, but there was a 100$ gift reward with the purchase. I purchased it online with a pickup in store. I forgot to ask during the visit to store for the pickup about the offer. After reaching home, I remembered a day or two later and had a chat with the bestbuy rep. I have mentioned to check on the best buy app and also provided them the amazon link for the same product with a similar offer. They've confirmed and mentioned that the offer is valid but it will take 2 weeks for me to get it via mail. They confirmed that i will receive my gift card and i took the screenshots of that conversation along with the case ID that theyve provided. Cut to two weeks later, I didnt recieve anything and reached out to bestbuy again via phone, gave them the case ID and they've mentioned that the purchase is not eligible. They escalated it to another rep and he said the same thing and both the interactions were not that great in terms of customer interaction. It was a bit of rude, as in the tone was missing empathy. I would have been totally fine if the first rep would have mentioned that the purchase was not eligible as I forgot to ask during the time of purchase. I was told that the purchase will get me the 100$ gift card and two weeks later they've flipped it a total 180°. Now, 100$ is fine but the problem for me was the declining reliability on Bestbuy as a company. I used to pride myself buying electronics at bestbuy versus buying from Amazon. I had to return all the equipment i have purchased(which was about 770$), not because of the gift card but the experience. This experience is not just a one off thing, but a piling frustation with the recent purchases. For example, i purchased a TV(last year) and while Bestbuy delivered it and installed it, my expectation was everything will be done by professional geek squad. Instead it was delivered by a third party in a budget truck by two kids(hardly looked like 18 to 20 year olds). They've no experience and one of the two was not even having a clue what and how to do it. The other kid has a bit of experience and got hurt in our house as the other kid wasn't helpful. When we went in to check how things are going, we saw the chaos and I helped the kids cleanup and then helped install the TV while the other kids looking at us. Also there was a damage on the wall. Ofcourse it damage was compensated later, but the experience is what matters. Unfortunately for the first time, I am thinking of other stores and amazon to make any big electronics purchases besides bestbuy. Hope things will get better and back to how good it was before.
