I have owned the Quest 2 and loved it but the Quest 3 is a great upgrade in terms of visual clarity, performance and the Mixed Reality feature, which WOW... it's a game changer !

The crisp visuals, seamless experience, and vast array of productivity apps make it feel like you’re operating in a completely different, highly efficient world. Honestly I bought this thinking it would be this revolutionary product. It turns out that it's kind of a gimmick product. Yes, it does what it says it will but it got a lot of hype like it was the next big thing and honestly it seems like a Virtual Boy with better graphics. I can't connect to my PC in a meaningful way unless I got and buy a USB cable that is compatible. The wireless connection to my PC is a joke. I just don't know what to do with this thing. Also after 15-20 minutes of doing anything with this thing I get a headache and motion sickness. The strap that it comes with is extremely comforable and it doesn't fit on my face very well. Now, I have to buy a USB cable that has the speeds for data transfer and I have to buy and upgraded headset strap because the one it came with is the most uncomfortabe thing I have ever put on. It's like wearing burlap straps. I was going to give it 4 stars but after writing this review down I am going to drop it to 3 stars. I haven't picked it up to play it again since I bought it. I have maybe 2 hours playing on it.

What I especially love is how it feels personal—it adapts to me, whether I want intensity, relaxation, or pure fun. The Meta Quest 3 is more than entertainment; it’s a tool for growth, adventure, and expression, and it never fails to remind me of how far technology has come and how much potential still lies ahead.

I picked this up for iRacing to get better SIM Racing immersion, it was the right move. It did take some software adjustments to get just right, and a powerful GPU to look sharp, but Quest 3 is a game changer for SIM racing! I did play Resident Evil and some other Mixed reality games as well, and I would say the quality of the Quest 3 makes the experience far less gimmicky and provides a good experience compared to the Quest 2 and other VR headsets. Very usable and comfortable!

This is much lighter on the face and the visuals are super crisp.

The graphics are great for the price. I will upgrade later down the road. But for now it's awesome. The only issue with this headset is the battery life. You will need a Prismxr if you would line to keep the headset plugged up to an outlet for unlimited play as well as wireless play.

I got this and absolutely love it. The 4k quality is great for movies. I use it for work and watching i did upgradevthe headstrap which i highly recommend. Its pretty easy to use with windows and lits of accessories to plug in a lot of stuff. I tried one fane and it was cool but i mostly have it for work and watching.

Great display good software comfortable with a after market strap not the one that comes with it. Battery life sucks but there are head straps with Battery packs that fix that problem.

What a complete upgrade in every way over the Quest 2. I've been an avid gamer for the entirety of my life and this the first time in some time I have felt a true sense of wonderment in the world of gaming. If you have yet to experience the future of video games that is Virtual Reality look no further than here. One of the major drawbacks of traditional gaming is being locked to a chair or couch. This removes that sedentary part entirely. You can truly work up a sweat on some of these games. Mixed reality which is only through quest 3 offers a host of games that blend your own environment with fantastical creatures to fight or befriend. I highly recommend purchasing the 16ft connection cable so your sessions can surpass the 2-3 hours of standard battery it carries. Couple that with a premier laptop external charger (Anker brand is the one I have) and you can go anywhere and play anything to your heart's content.

Bought the Meta Quest 3 from Best Buy and I’m thrilled. The graphics are sharper, the headset is more comfortable, and the new mixed reality features are amazing. Passthrough is now in full color and actually useful. Performance is super smooth, and the content library keeps growing. Best Buy made pickup fast and easy. Highly recommend if you’re into VR or upgrading from Quest 2!

I owned the Quest 2 before this and while it was fun, the image clarity just wasn’t great. This year I finally decided to upgrade to the new Meta Quest 3 and man, I’m so glad I did. From the moment I put it on, the visual leap was insane. The sharper graphics, smoother performance, and better depth make everything feel way more immersive. I’ve been using it daily! for gaming, workouts, and even making new friends in VR social apps. My top favorite games so far are: • Hellsweeper VR – still the most addictive combat system I’ve played, reminds me of devil may cry but for VR • SWARM & SWARM 2 – fast, fluid, and pure fun • UNDERDOGS – underrated gem with an awesome physics system • Pistol Whip – perfect for workouts and rhythm-action vibes One thing I highly recommend: I swapped the included head strap for the BoBoVR S3 strap, and it completely changed the comfort level. Way more balanced, easier on the head, and lets me play for hours with no pressure pain. If you’re on the fence, trust me!!! this is the upgrade worth making. The Quest 3 isn’t just a better headset, it’s a whole new VR experience.

Perfect condition and was really easy to set up. I now use it almost every day and it still works as good as when I took it out of the box. The best headset I’ve ever used and completely worth it.

This Meta Quest Is So Far My Favorite One! Here is why. First of all the pass-through is such a huge upgrade! Instead of that black and grey on the quest 2 the quest 3 has colored pass-through which i very much enjoy. One bad thing is the head strap. Its very itchy and uncomfortably but i just got a better one so no big deal. The graphics on the quest 3 is also very good recommend buying it but make sure to get some accessories for it!

Great intro to VR with affordability and performance to match. The support for this product is phenomenal. Comfortable and easy to set up.

The front camera and hz of the display is awesome good resolution and a good library i though the storage was going to be a problem but games dont take up a lot of storage

Pretty incredible! However, for Meta to not include a comfortable head strap with the purchase of a $500+ product is the equivalent to serving a Thanksgiving meal of exclusively turkey with no gravy and zero side dishes. The battery runs out very fast as well, so expect to spend an additional $120+ on Meta’s ‘Elite Strap with Battery’ so that you can comfortably enjoy your product and also extend the battery life to a reasonable length of time.

The Meta Quest 3 is an amazing upgrade — lighter, faster, and the mixed reality looks incredible. The visuals are super sharp and the experience feels way more immersive than before. Totally worth it!

Of course my son loves it, but my husband also enjoys watching movies and listening to calming sounds completely emerged in the experience. It’s even coming with us on vacation.
