This is not about the product as it was totally fine and it was doing what it was suppose to do. No complaints there, but the 2 star is for two reasons. The overall declining experience of the purchase, increasing reliability concerns on Bestbuy but at the same time I still feel like I am a loyal Bestbuy customer, hence the 2 star. This purchase was made duiring the holiday season(early Dec 2025) where there was an offer with the purchase of the product. It was at its full price, but there was a 100$ gift reward with the purchase. I purchased it online with a pickup in store. I forgot to ask during the visit to store for the pickup about the offer. After reaching home, I remembered a day or two later and had a chat with the bestbuy rep. I have mentioned to check on the best buy app and also provided them the amazon link for the same product with a similar offer. They've confirmed and mentioned that the offer is valid but it will take 2 weeks for me to get it via mail. They confirmed that i will receive my gift card and i took the screenshots of that conversation along with the case ID that theyve provided. Cut to two weeks later, I didnt recieve anything and reached out to bestbuy again via phone, gave them the case ID and they've mentioned that the purchase is not eligible. They escalated it to another rep and he said the same thing and both the interactions were not that great in terms of customer interaction. It was a bit of rude, as in the tone was missing empathy. I would have been totally fine if the first rep would have mentioned that the purchase was not eligible as I forgot to ask during the time of purchase. I was told that the purchase will get me the 100$ gift card and two weeks later they've flipped it a total 180°. Now, 100$ is fine but the problem for me was the declining reliability on Bestbuy as a company. I used to pride myself buying electronics at bestbuy versus buying from Amazon. I had to return all the equipment i have purchased(which was about 770$), not because of the gift card but the experience. This experience is not just a one off thing, but a piling frustation with the recent purchases. For example, i purchased a TV(last year) and while Bestbuy delivered it and installed it, my expectation was everything will be done by professional geek squad. Instead it was delivered by a third party in a budget truck by two kids(hardly looked like 18 to 20 year olds). They've no experience and one of the two was not even having a clue what and how to do it. The other kid has a bit of experience and got hurt in our house as the other kid wasn't helpful. When we went in to check how things are going, we saw the chaos and I helped the kids cleanup and then helped install the TV while the other kids looking at us. Also there was a damage on the wall. Ofcourse it damage was compensated later, but the experience is what matters. Unfortunately for the first time, I am thinking of other stores and amazon to make any big electronics purchases besides bestbuy. Hope things will get better and back to how good it was before.

My kids freaking love this VR. They had the Occulus 2 and from what they're telling me this is better. I know from setting it up the graphics and speed are better than the Occulus 2.

Beautiful. This is our 3rd, starting back when Oculus Quest came out. Then the Meta Quest 2. Now we have this version. It's sleek, much lighter; the "brains" of it much more powerful but slimmer. The graphics are incredible, this, I recommend spending the extra money for the 512, otherwise, you'll use up the memory pretty quickly.

This is a nice step up from the Meta 2. The pass through is a game changer for me. I look forwards to more titles coming out that utilize the feature. One downside for me is the comfort of the included head strap. I ended up purchasing a head strap with a battery attachment so I can keep the party going when I want to play longer.

Just as the product advertised. Awesome product, looks pleasing and use it daily not only for fun, but also for work as well.

Much better than the 3S and way better than the quest2. The lenses do not have the lines so it makes everything so much clearer and crisp. It’s still a bit pricey though. Personally I don’t think it’s worth $649.

Works great, love it, Had to exchange unfortunately, left it in the garage and I guess the cold weather messed up the lense and gave it a hard edge look

This was an upgrade from a quest 2 and the improvements made the upgrade worth it.

All together a great package. You can do it all! I recommend everyone try Quest TV especially the David Attenborough stuff they have microscopic images of plant seeds in VR with perfect detail. I recommend getting a battery pack not only for extended play time but also as a counterweight for comfort.

Bought two one for me and my girlfriend its a great headset i have psvr2 aswell but i prefer the meta quest 3 due to it being cordless i recommend getting the larger storage

It’s a great concept and the hardware is pretty good but don’t expect any kind of help at all from meta if you have problems with meta OS or the meta horizon app. Still worth the trouble and the money.

This is an awesome product. Even though we are up there in age, we are having tons of fun. This is definitely not just for the younger crowd.

I love this headset. Having the 512 GB is really handy to be able to install games without worrying about storage. The only negative thing I have to say about this is that if you wear glasses, it's hard to fit them in while not scratching the glass inside. I bought a 3rd-party glasses fitter and they work great, no scratches and looks amazing.

I like everything about It and I can’t think of anything I dislike about it.

This headset does both regular VR and mixed reality, where VR is pushed into the real word. The lenses have been improved dramatically for the Quest 3 and are much sharper than the previous models. Hookup to Steam VR is easy and opens up a huge library of titles.
