I bought the Meta Quest 3 solely for the ability to be able to have a large screen when I am on travel. It connects easily to my mac and is an awesome setup to work more productively when I am not at my desk.

My grandson is very happy with it. The customer service was great!

A Tech enthusiasts who loves gadgets and techs. I'm glad I went for the Quest 3 over the Quest 3S. The upgrade is well worth it of you can afford it. So far i am loving it and playing it via PCVR. Best investment i ever made.

So lets get the negative out of the way. My first unit had a dead pixel almost dead center in the left lens. Bestbuy let me exchange it with no hassle, but Meta should be ashamed that they are not checking these headsets for defects and shipping them out the door. Now lets get to the good part. Honestly everything. Tracking is alot better. Games like Blade and Sorcery where you have to reach behind your head to hostler or draw weapons from your back no longer freaks the game out and actually functions very well. The Quest 2 also seemed to just lose track of the controllers randomly where the Quest 3 so far has not. The image is noticeably more clear thanks to lenses being able to be adjusted. Performance in games that aren't updated for the new hardware don't seem to run much better though. So there has been some hitching or lagging in games like RoboCall. Still playable and a good time. One neutral opinion would be the headband. If you have a larger head you might get headaches from this head band. For me I'll definitely be replacing it once one is available. Meta moved the charging port onto the left side of the headset right where my aftermarket headset strap would go. So I'd have to drill a hole in it to use it with the Quest 3 or remove it when wanted to charge it via usb-c. Not cool Meta. Not cool. I still recommend it. It's just all around better than the Quest 2.

More comfortable than quest 2. Color passthrough view is also higher resolution and is great for mixed reality games.

The mixed reality is a cool experience in the games and apps and YouTube VR videos. Graphics are much better than I had expected. I played for 3-4 hours on most days since purchase. I still have more to explore with the headset but so far i have not been disappointed.

This headset is great for people looking to get into VR! Easy and intuitive set up. I enjoy the games that take advantage of the passthrough and include your home environment into the game, although hopefully the library of mixed reality games will grow as it is limited right now. Definitely recommend getting a different headstrap as it gets uncomfortable over time. Battery life is limited but this isnt a problem for me as I dont wish to use VR longer than a couple hours.

My wife and I each have one of these. So far, they have worked really well. My/our biggest complaint is not with Best Buy or the headset, but with the online play. There is a lot of content that we enjoy, BUT, all of the 'open' multiplayer areas are flooded with children. And of course, there are no parents monitoring what these kids say or do. Seems as though the parents just bought these for their kids to serve as electronic babysitters. So, you have tons of kids running around, screaming obscenities, acting like heathens, and totally destroying the experience. And the bad part is, there's no settings to keep you in 'adult' areas away from the kids. It totally ruins it for us. So, unless you only want to play/use content that is set up for solo players, be prepared to be overrun by unsupervised children as young as 5 years old in the games/open areas screaming obscenities and being as vulgar as they know how to be. Anything and everything that is set up for open use multiplayer is child infected. There are no settings to go to an "adult area" only to keep you away from the children. It really ruins the experience!!!

I bought 2 off these for both of my sons, they love them. I looks like a lot of fun.

Enjoy escaping reality some times just like to relax …The meta quest 3 is amazing by far the best VR unit definitely has come along way with the very first meta quest got sick all the time just wearing it but now it has not happened at all with the meta quest 3.

My 10 year old son loves it. We have the earlier model and the new feature I like is I can view what my son is playing without his knowledge. Before he would have to give me permission and he never did...Great Christmas gift.

Bought this for my son he loves it. I do it once in a while. It’s a really fun unit would recommend.
