It’s always fun to settle down and watch a movie in theater scale setting, or experience a first person view of a BASE jump!!! I just hope battery tech keeps improving by generation.

Right choice

I bought it and to see his eyes open with pure joy was more than i needed to know the purchase was worth it. Watching him and my daughter play togther on the VR makes this even more apparent that this was the right choice. Brings me back to the day my dad got me a Sega Genesis and I was super excited. As a parent in a world full of sorrow and difficulties all around its important to bring some sort of joy and light. I hope this review helps you make the right choice and brings you the same joy i had in making a world where kids can disconnect fromthe crazy world we live in and allow them to have fun.

The headband and face interface aren't great- buy better ones, and get one with a battery on back, even if you don't use it. It's for balance. I use this primarily for Flight Sim 2024, and it's nothing short of incredible. Worth it.

I have a Quest 2 and the Quest 3 is a whole different world. The setup was easy, and its comfort is better. Very happy with my purchase. The meta quest 3 made a huge jump in quality and performance compared to the quest 2.

Most useful and economical VR heaset

The field of vision is bigger and I don’t find myself having to adjust the headset all the time to find the perfect spot. It’s good all around. Playing Xbox Cloud is pretty cool with the massive screen. Mixed reality is pretty cool and helps against getting claustrophobic in certain applications. As for the cons, I still find VR headsets a niche and bulky. The headstrap that comes with Quest 3 is very bad and gives me headaches. PS5 is much better in this area or even the Quest 2. So, plan on spending another $30-60 for a better head strap fairly soon after you buy the headset.
