The game is an absolute blast and as for the rest of the system, its actually pretty great. The recent updates made it a little more power and I'm actually excited about the future of VR.

A very quick and easy process to also add the protection plan. It gets a lot of daily use and there have not been any problems since it was purchased for X-mas. The graphics are of better quality than the Quest 2 and you also have access to all games from the Quest 2 on the Quest 3. The mixed reality feature is fun and easy to use as you draw the boundaries around your house to play the games.

Quest plus is not that great but nice trial I did enjoy fruit ninja

I use it for steam VR and meta games (however there are more games on Steam and the quality is much better if your PC can handle it). This headset is hands down my favorite of all 3. The quality can't be understated when playing a Steam game (like half life alyx) on high or ultra settings. I found myself getting lost in the virtual environment, in a good way. I can't wait to see quest 3 exclusive content to see what it can do on its own.

Maybe it's because this was SO hyped up by influencers (or maybe I need to invest in Rx lenses) but today's one month out and overall, I am underwhelmed. the graphics seem pretty much the same yet the 3 seems MUCH more light-hungry than the 2 was. At least, based on the number of black screens I get with the smallest turn of head while wearing the headset, anyway. I am having my ceiling fan repaired tonight to give it a try in bright light; if I still have trouble, I'll be rushing to the store tonight to try to exchange my defective headset for a new one. I do enjoy the MR and I got the 512gb (my 2 was only a 64gb) so the extra space is great but those are kind of small upgrades for the price. Overall: If money is tight and you're happy with your 2, you can wait until the price of the 3 drops some.
