    Battery life is awfully low. My teens hated it and said mostly all games are for lil kids and thats who you find playing online… only good for 6-10 YO kids

    I ended up sticking with my Quest 2. The screen is better, but didn’t notice much difference otherwise

    I wash I could tell you I ordered it and received and email saying delivered but wasn’t outside when I looked to top it off it was supposed to be signature and id required so they tel me we are sorry it was delivered to a different address would you like to set up a store and pick up so you’ll have it before Christmas I said yes they come back saying it’s sold out and then they can issue me refund and then I would have an email in my refund 24 to 48 hours after phone call that was on December 20 it’s the 30th and I haven’t received anything only been they still haven’t even $695 back so I could’ve at least bought another one and it has been 10 days I still have not got my money back $695 at least if they would’ve given me my money I could’ve tried to get another one somewhere else and now they have them back in stock but there’s nothing they can do because they’re waiting for it to be reviewed Customer Service this is about the worst I’ve ever seen

    Still looks like looking at a screen. You would think this model would be much better since the previous one. But it’s not

      Hey Mark,

      If you want to get super immersed in the Metaverse there are some great experiences and games you could try out such as Theatre Elsewhere and First encounters are easy to hop in and out of for a quick game.

    Seems to work OK however it is heavy and a uncomfortable to wear. Graphics could be better.

    Item was returned a after two weeks. Headset was unresponsive and was unable to access the bootloader. All of this was because the black screen appears after the Meta logo.

    My VR freezing up in middle of gaming,can't control anything have to shut it off

      Hey there JoskyO! If your headset is freezing while in any game, try hard rebooting the headset by holding the Power button for around 30 seconds, then test the games again. If this only affects specific games, try uninstalling and reinstalling them as well.     My son is not happy with the tracking on the new MQ3. Controllers do not keep track with headset which makes playing games difficult. Will be returning to store.

    Tried it for a couple weeks and it was cool at first but then gets boring and tiring. I can see it being more for kids or teens. I was playing contractors but having to stand up for 2hrs+ is quiete a bit exhausting especially after a long day of work of already standing , bending , etc.

    pass through is in color still sort of bad quality. hand tracking is good some games use it. What killed it for me and why i am returning it. I bought a rtx 4090 laptop. I install the app. the app says doesnt meet the min requirments. Back and forth with there tech. Hours spent. They say it doesnt meet min requirments. Then I releize maybe they dont have their hear up their @##. But then I check oculus website and says it supports rtx 40-series. So what now. Maybe take it back and wait for steam or apple <- very expesnive though. So for what i was going to use this for I have to give it 1 star cause their techs wasted my time.

    It stopped working you would think for 700$s it would last for more than a year but i guess not, like most stuff from best buy, i pay and lost out big time!!!

    It worked great for 3 weeks. Than locked up and would not turn off. The batter ran out and after a charge would not turn on. When returned they had no replacement and more where not on order.

    This is getting one star strictly because of Best Buy's horrendous customer service on the phone and in the store there's 4000 staff and you have to drag one to help you
