I love the color passthrough that allows a whole different element with AR gaming. The only thing that hasn't improved is the battery life. The 3s is cheaper due to having some limitations in graphics and lenses but has longer battery life. I think spending the extra $100 for the 3 is worth it.

Quest 3 Optimized

I own the Quest 2 and 3 and the 3 is faster, lil better graphics, the color pass through is really good as well! The free Batman game looks and plays amazing! If you want to maximize the graphic resolution to its fullest I recommend downloading the “Meta Quest Optimizer APP” found through the Quests browser. Just look up the YouTube video for install how-to. It’s around $6-12 dollars but totally worth it! You’re Welcome!

I was one of those that bought a Quest 1 two months before the Quest 2 came out. I have waited three years for this. It is pretty awesome. All of my games work better than ever and the play pass is a pretty good deal at 6 months free. 100% can tell they made the head strap as annoying as possible to upsell the Elite Strap, but it is what it is. Overall really pleased.

Features are amazing and the quality is outstanding. So many fun games to play. The stock head strap is tolerable, but there are a lot more comfortable options out there.

She loves it and this is great VR capabilities for the price. It is marketed for gaming capabilities but the movie and location visibility is amazing as well..

Great device

They are constantly upgrading device via software and the games/app donangood job of that as well. I did get a 3rd party head strap w/battery for longer sessions and more comfortable fit. Glad I upgraded from the Q2!!
