You have to prop it up in the back with a little box or a book the design has a flaw. You will find the other people post this in many blogs need to create something to clip onto the back of the headset to keep it forward so it stays on the charger, but besides that this is great absolutely love it

The only min or downfall is that the main part where the headset sits can be a bit finicky about the headset being positioned "just" right to make the connection for charging. Once you do get it seated at the right angle though it charges just fine.
