If you get a 3rd party head strap or joystick grips, it will not be compatible, and I highly highly highly recommend you go 3rd party everything.

Read and read and then read some more about everything Quest 3 so having this be our first VR headset, excited to say the least. As far as charging dock…same amount of research and ultimately had to go with the name brand.

Don’t bother with it.

They don’t. The rear weight will disengage the headset from the pins that charge the headset. Occasionally you have to reset the charging chord into the dock to get any device to charge for some reason. I do not recommend this base at all.
