Dock first wouldnt recognize headset, but my son kept using it for controllers another few months to save on batteries. Wish I would of bought 2 year protection plan, seems when I dont, this stuff always break down after warranty is up. Back to batteries and charging cord now until I find a better one with longer warranty! For the price you would think its last longer.

Not worth it

Headset not Charging Correctly

The charging of the headset is very finicky. Controllers charge just fine. It works perhaps 20% of the time if you get the headset seated just right - which you have no way of actually knowing. Very disappointing. It seems this is a know issue. It should be recalled.

Long-term connection problems.

Sometimes it connects and then I come back later and it hasn’t charged because it disconnected. I have to prop it up with some kind of material to make the connection.
