Its just a stand. Comes with 2 tiny controller batteries a fancy white cable AND NOTHING to plug the cable into! What a total rip

System is good kids love but the charging port is no good it charges then stops

Very poor design. The quest 3 does not balance very well in the cradle leading to charging pins not making connection. That is with the default included head strap. If you put an elite strap on the unit, it weighs way to much and the pins will simply not make contact because the weight of the headset shifts just enough in the cradle.

DO NOT BUY THE 128g VERSION!!! There is 56G of system storage leaving you with not enough room to install a lot of apps. Especially if you want to play one of the AAA games Like Asgard's Wraith 2, to install AW2 I had to delete all my other games and apps. I am so upset that I wasted $500 bucks on the 128, (really 72G).

This review is on the product not on Best Buy. The charger doesn't charge. I thought it was just me but I'm seeing a lot of reviews with the same issue. I think it charges the controllers but not the headset. I'm so upset that I wasted that much.

Can't use it had to go to the hospital so couldn't return it on time. So got an expensive doorstop.

This thing for the cost is extremely cheaply made. The center piece for charging the headset broke down after 3 charges. Now I have to prop up the back of the headset to charge it, otherwise the pins won't make contact.

This, I’m not so sure about. It not working correctly. I got it for my grandson and he didn’t get to open it until after Xmas, now it’s blinking orange and now I have to try and switch it out.

it doesn't charge. I tried moving the gear different ways and it didn't capture the charge until i leaned it against a book. Don't waste your money.

Not only was the device defective, the location in Alaska that I got it from doesn’t offer to ship a replacement to Anchorage, AK.

The addition of the elite strap with the battery prevents the main headset from making contact with the connectors and the unit will not charge. Pretty terrible engineering.

Product sucks no charging cable included and the controllers do not charge with the included controller battery.

Don’t buy form Best Buy. Terrible experience and sending my business elsewhere after spending thousands with Best Buy.

I like how sleek it looks and how it does not take up much space. Additionally I like that it beeps to alert you that it is placed correctly to charge. I do not like the price point or that you have to mess with the headset a little until it sits perfectly on the charging prongs.

The Meta Quest 3 charging dock is a great design that will fit well on any dresser or desk. The headset sits nice and snug. The controllers glide right into place.

This is incredibly disappointing. I love the design so I was extremely excited to receive this dock with my Quest 3. Sure it's a little expensive but it's not the end of the world. Man was I disappointed to discover that it is NOT A USABLE PRODUCT OUT OF THE BOX. It comes with the dock and a usb-c to usb-c cable. You are required to provide your own charging brick and to get full speed charging it needs to be 45w. I have several of these laying around but I'm a weirdo. I don't think at this point in time most people will have a 45w usb-c charging brick laying around. So I'm deducting 2 stars for that. Moving beyond not providing all of the hardware required to actually use the device however.... it's great. It's super compact. It comes with rechargeable battery packs for the touch controllers. The headset and the controllers are super easy to to get docked correctly, especially the controllers since they don't have any contacts to line up or anything. I liked the dock but it's baffling that there is no charging brick included, especially at this price. I expect there will be third party options available on the market shortly for far less money that are complete products. For that reason I can't recommend the official Quest 3 charging dock. ** I pre-ordered directly from Meta and did not purchase from Best Buy.

It is a good charging dock. Just make sure you lower down the elite strap arms if you have that one while putting it to charge, otherwise you'll have a hard time making it dock correctly, so it charges. It is very convenient and much better than other docks I have tried before. To those complaining about it not coming with the power brick. You ALREADY have one (The one that came with your Quest 3 and that's all you need). The only complaint I have about this device is the fact that the indicator LEDs in the front do not turn off once fully charged. I hate the fact that I need to go unplug the dock from the USB cable while charging it at night because the light is annoying in a dark room.

This stand is nice but for some reason it doesn’t come with a wall adapter even though this is 2x the cost of after market versions. If we use the adapter that comes with the Quest 3 then we will have to unplug this so that we can have the adapter in the carrying case should we need to charge.

Firs quest 3 perfect. Everything just lays in its place easy.

Great comfort, adds a lot additional playing time with rhe included battery.
