Rechargeable controller battery is dead

Bought this in mid-October as a Christmas gift, did not discover the battery issue until well past the return/exchange window. Otherwise, sleek product. Space saver, looks nice and works well on the headset and the other controller battery.

Works good, Use the included headset charger

No charger, but you're supposed to use the 20W headset charger. It is compatible with a 45W charger. Overall, Im happy and the dock is still compatible with upgraded straps.
