Best Buy delivered all my products to the wrong address and it was not my fault. I actually made the order over the phone and they got my membership with the correct address on it so I don’t understand who messed up but somebody messed up with FedEx and with UPS and now they’re refusing to refund my money and told me to call the local authorities….. the police don’t do anything but take you to contact the people that delivered it to the wrong address! I’m very upset Best Buy if you care about retaining my business, please contact me ASAP

Do not get this if your using a Quest 3 charging dock!! I found it will not work on the Quest 3 charging dock. It won't allow the contact to be made to charge. The original works fine, but this one will not connect and Meta Support mentions this possible issue with different interfaces.

Like pulling duct tape from your face. Most expensive piece of plastic

Had this for less than a month and it's already loose and won't stay snapped in. The quality is horrible.

the right side latch of the depth adjustment collapses. this is a poor quality control issue.

so the stock interface is cloth. and if you play this longer than 10 minutes your going to be putting on a sweat. its so much fun but then when you come back to play again its now cold and wet. very gross even if its your own sweat to put back on. this thing solves that problem. quick wipe off and you are good to go. very comfy too. i wear glasses when i play and even with them on it fits nice. very happy woth the purchase.

It was everything that I was looking for. I had bought a couple other after-market face pads, but they were uncomfortable and just did not do well. This was very comfortable, easy to clean, and fits well all around. Highly Recommend!

Love it! Way more comfortable than the stock facial interface. Also allows less light in by your nose so more immersive! Would definitely recommend.

I picked up a Quest 3 on launch day yesterday, only to find out that the silicone covers that the quest 2 came with are totally absent. The facial interface with the silicone covers that you can actually wipe down and clean are an additional charge, but upon taking this home and installing, the depth adjustment for wearing glasses will not stay locked in the "outer position" and the tension from the strap causes the right side to collapse back to the closest setting, and the left side collapses back to position 2. If you wear glasses and need the depth adjustment for proper viewing, then this accessory will render your Quest 3 blurry and useless.
