Thank you so much for sharing your Grandson's experience playing on the quest device. We love to hear families enjoying being a part of the Metaverse together.

If your Grandson is between the ages of 10-12, and if you haven't already done this, it's worth letting you know that he should have his own parent managed account.

This will prevent disruptions to his fun, such as an account being flagged for being underage, which can lead to potential account suspension.

With a parent managed account you can:

- Manage your child's account and privacy settings.
- See how much time your child spends in Meta Quest and set time limits
- Manage your child's access to apps, including allowing or blocking access to apps and features.
- Report someone who isn't following the Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences.
-Make purchases for your child.
- Watch their Meta Quest experience in real time

To learn more about this, please search "Create and manage a Meta account for your child" via your favorite search engine to bring up the Meta web article!

If you do this, or have already done this for your grandson, it will prevent anything happening to their account, and allow them to get the best enjoyment and experience!
