It is a good fun game just the battery life is not long enough

My son really enjoys this gaming system however he has had issues with the joystick part sticking.

Horrible absolutely horrible!! Save yourself the time and stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY!! They will use Roadie to deliver and claim that the package was delivered and I was outside with my kids when it said delivered, funny thing is is nobody ever came up my driveway nor on my property. They uploaded a picture of random males feet with 2 boxes! The agent many agents and supervisors said my refund was initiated and would reflect back to my bank within 10days! Promises made by agents that it was already processed and sent back to my bank but then 16 days pass by and I received an email stating my refund was denied!! Wow so not only did they rob me of $300 they also have stole my child’s gift and Christmas and has waisted soooo much of my time of the back and forth with agents, CEOs, supervisors I’ve been lied to and treated poorly as a customer! Best Buy will not give me an explanation as to why I’m being denied a refund, even though I have an overwhelming amount of proof to back up everything I said and more! The are horrible people and company I’ve been done so wrong and I’m sickened. So I made a complaint to BBB and the Federal Trade fraud commission also have been speaking with an attorney! Because at this point the emotional distress they’ve caused and the 3 weeks of time they have waisted and the money they took with no explanation of anything. It’s honestly sickening that they do this to people. Next step showing my social media of 448,000 followers all the facts and proof of everything. I hope they have the day they deserve!

My son loves it! He states it is easy to use and that it is durable

We got two of these. The price was great. 2 VR for $500 bucks. Now the kids can play together instead of waiting for their turns.

Is good and fun but is no good if you used contact lenses

This is the best in class product the virtual reality exp is really engaging, I gave 3 star for limited game library. But when it comes VR games it is the best I can feel the game is still going on even with the glasses off . I expect activision n rockstar to start developing games for meta quest as well

Comparing the difference between the older quest 2 and the new quest 3, there's little to no change in noticable capabilities. VR seems to have reached it's pinnacle a while ago.

The concept is great, and I loved the features, but every time I took it off I felt dizzy and lightheaded for hours. Once this techs gets more developed and user-friendly I’ll get it again.

Ordered the quest with the walking dead game for my kid at Christmas, however I received a regular quest without the game. Shipping was on time, however I didn't have enough time to return it and try and order again before Christmas. The product itself is great, shipping was fine, but sending the wrong quest have to give 1 star

Pretty fun, wish there were more games available. They do get uncomfortable after an hour of wearing. They’re ok.

Worked fine; however, if you tend to get motion sick this might not be for you!

Doesn't work well with eyes that require prescription eye glasses. Even with the eye glasses spacer.

Expensive paperweight that is “outside of the return window” by 3 days. Will not charge at all even with charger it came with.

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH BECAUSE IT LEAVES THE PERSON IRRITATED AND WITH A HEADACHE, NOT TO MENTION THAT IT CHANGES YOUR PERSONALITY, MAKING YOU AN AGGRESSIVE PERSON.
