The staff was helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. My son absolutely loves the headset! One thing I highly recommend to anyone purchasing a Quest VR is to get the extended warranty. We’ve owned three Quest VR headsets over the years, and every single one of them eventually had tracking issues, this one included. However, this one lost tracking and thought it was in motion in a vehicle which was a new one. Having the protection plan gives you peace of mind. What makes it even better is how convenient it is to work with the Geek Squad. When something goes wrong, you can just walk in and they swap it out quickly with no hassle. It really makes the whole process stress-free. Overall, Best Buy has always taken care of us, and this purchase was no different. Great service, great products, and definitely worth getting the extra coverage.

This one have some issues with the controlles. Battery get off with no uses sometimes or not recognize the controllers. But the cameras and colors are extremely better than Quest 2.

The price compared to the 3 does not justify the 200$ price difference. The 3s is overall the best bang for the buck.

The headband does get a little wet with sweat, maybe a different material would work better? And it’s a little blurry. But worth it!

We do also appreciate your feedback in regards the the headband and the blurriness you've experienced. We're constantly working to improve our products, and your feedback will help us make informed decisions about future updates!
We would advise though that for blurriness a common cause for this can be lens spacing and so we recommend gently moving the slider under your headset until your view is clear and comfortable!
