You've mentioned that sometimes the strap can be uncomfortable. We have a public article on our website titled "Adjust Meta Quest headset fit and feel" which provides steps on how to wear and adjust the headset fit. Hopefully this will make it more comfortable for you.

It warms our hearts to know your granddaughters are having such a great time with their new Meta Quest 3S. We hope they have gotten to explore all the great features of their Meta Horizon plus subscription! If they are still figuring them out they should try our First Steps app, this will show them the basic steps of VR and allow them to enjoy every game available on our store.
We would also suggest you give it a try if you are able to get it away from your granddaughters. We pride ourselves on offering breathe taking experiences for the whole family!

The pricing was comparable to other sites during the holiday season, but Best Buy also included a $50 gift card and a one month subscription to XBox Live. So my son got three gifts! Thanks Best Buy!

Linking to steam is pretty easy. Found it annoying that it said the meta horizon app was optional but would not let me use the quest until i linked it. Great selection of vr games so cant complain there.

Get at least the 256 gig tho bc any game dl takes up a ton of space. If only they could stream games wo downloading… Maybe on the quest 4 if it ever comes out.
