You've mentioned that sometimes the strap can be uncomfortable. We have a public article on our website titled "Adjust Meta Quest headset fit and feel" which provides steps on how to wear and adjust the headset fit. Hopefully this will make it more comfortable for you.

It warms our hearts to know your granddaughters are having such a great time with their new Meta Quest 3S. We hope they have gotten to explore all the great features of their Meta Horizon plus subscription! If they are still figuring them out they should try our First Steps app, this will show them the basic steps of VR and allow them to enjoy every game available on our store.

We would also suggest you give it a try if you are able to get it away from your granddaughters. We pride ourselves on offering breathe taking experiences for the whole family!
