I checked in the promotions on the app and headset and the game isn't there. Geek Squad said return it as the only option to get the game that is CLEARLY in the title of the product. Its called Meta - Quest 3S 128GB — The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners Bundle — Dive into Virtual Reality - White. However NO BUNDLE IS OFFERED WITH THIS PRODUCT. I decided not to go through the hassle in returning it. More of a hassle then the game is worth but still wish I had the advertised game it was supposed to come with. I bought it for flight sim on steam but was looking forward to trying a native game but Best Buy does not honor their bundles.

Skeleton store!

There was one person at the door, doing everything alone. There was no one at customer service, no one at the main register. Not another employee in sight in the entire store. It was unsettling.
