VR is Not for me

The augmented reality was a little pixilated but was still good. The adjustable lenses were nice and the adjustable headstrap was comfortable. I've got excellent sea-legs, but I would get motionsickness after using the VR headset. The screen makes it feel like you're moving without moving. It was easier to use if standing. Good product, just not for me.

Item advertised as walking dead bundle, but had no info on how to download game or access it. Item was also suppose to come with 2 free months of xbox game pass, which it did not. When i went to the nearest bestbuy location to get info, the workers where extremely rude and unhelpful.

If you are eligible for the game, we would be more than happy to get that added to your account. To do that please come have a chat with our support team over at the Meta Quest Help Center, so our team can gather a few details.
Additionally it sounds like you had an issue claiming your free trial of Meta Horizon+, as the Xbox Game Pass was only provided with the Xbox edition of the Meta Quest 3S. Again come have a chat with our team so we can look into getting that added to your account.

If this is not blatantly lying I don't know what. I was looking forward to the game and this is so disappointing.

Staff insured it would be installed and it wasnt. Went to support and they wouldnt help or allow me to escalate. Lied the bundle was not included.
