We understand that you are having issues with pairing the Xbox app to the controller. If your controller isn't working with the Xbox app even after re-pairing, the issue likely stems from the controller itself, not the app. Therefore, please follow the below steps:
* Check Battery/Power:
Even if the controller appears to have power, try replacing the batteries with new ones or ensuring a rechargeable controller is fully charged. Low battery levels can cause connection and functionality issues.
* Check for Software Updates: Ensure both the headset and controller software are up to date, as outdated software can cause issues.
* Remove Unsupported Accessories: If you're using any third-party accessories, remove them to rule out potential interference.
* Restart the Headset: A simple restart of the headset can sometimes resolve minor glitches.

Not worth the money

Love xbox and thought this would be sweet. Far from it. The specs are literally the same as the 3s regular except it is way more expensive. For that extra money you get an xbox controller and a black unit. Thats it. You dont download ganes you can only stream and good luck with anything graphic intense like COD. 1 out of 5 games workwd. Not worth it. Buy the 3s when uts on sale for $249 and get a game with it. Exact same thing just pair your own controller with it.

Again as soneone whose owned the ps vr2 and meta quest 3, I had low expectations for this 3s due to just rrading youtube comments on videos about it, id say this is absolutely a fine product and a great bundle! Couldve been better yes, more storage or maybe an exclusive game, but as far as value, its here

Amazing value

It comes with an xbox controlller and an elite head strap which each are 70 individually but also includes 3 months of game pass. If you do not own a quest 3 then id easily recommend buying this. Best bang for your buck hands down

The gamepass can be stacked with your current membership, and the controller is so nice. Xbox is literally out doing themselves. Get one soon. These are limited once gone, that's it.

I can play some of the coolest games with my friends/family. The quality is amazing. Streaming quality to the tv is amazing and streaming the xbox to the headset. Has really good quality and can play any kind of games, algo game pass game. Te controller that comes with it was cool and feels comfortable.
