We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying your Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition! Other than the automatic bragging rights of owning the limited edition Xbox Quest 3S, we love to hear that you are enjoying online games!

If there are some performance issues however, we thought we would lend a helping hand, and give you some options to get these resolved. Please make sure that you are connected to the same band of the same Network on both your Mobile Device and the headset itself.

As well as this, we have listed some instructions below on how to identify the stronger and weaker points of connection in your play area:

1. Download RouteThis Helps app on your iOS or Android phone or tablet.
2. Open RouteThis Helps app and tap Begin.
3. Enter the code FBRL.
4. Select the issue you are experiencing. If you select "Wi-Fi Coverage" a tool will help you identify if your current area has poor Wi-Fi coverage. Other options will scan your network for other issues.
5. Stand within six feet of your headset and tap Next, then tap Network Scan.
- The scan takes about two minutes. Keep the app open while the scan is running.
6. When the scan finishes, you'll see a screen displaying your Wi-Fi speed result. Tap Review and follow the instructions in the app.

With this, you can ensure optimal coverage for your network and will have less lag when playing online! Please also note, that sometimes lag will come down to the connection of other players too.

We're glad you're enjoying the visuals of your new Quest 3S Xbox Edition - however, we know blur is something that can really detract from a good gaming experience...

To improve the clarity of your headset and reduce blur, we recommend you try the following:

1. Take off the headset and adjust the lens spacing width
2. Use the sliders on the headstrap to tighten or loosen the headset fit
3. Adjust the top strap so it’s sitting directly on your head
4. Adjust the angle of the headset by tilting it up or down from the pivots on the head strap arms

We're glad to hear that you've had fun with the Meta Quest 3S so far! We realise, however, that it can be very tiring on the eyes if you're not used to it, so we'd like to offer some advice!

To minimize motion sickness in VR, try starting off by playing in short bursts, and make sure to take frequent breaks.

Furthermore, please ensure the headset is properly fitted with adjusted lenses, and try optimising your physical environment, such as ensuring good ventilation and a comfortable temperature, can help.

We understand that you are having issues with pairing the Xbox app to the controller. If your controller isn't working with the Xbox app even after re-pairing, the issue likely stems from the controller itself, not the app. Therefore, please follow the below steps:

* Check Battery/Power:
Even if the controller appears to have power, try replacing the batteries with new ones or ensuring a rechargeable controller is fully charged. Low battery levels can cause connection and functionality issues.

* Check for Software Updates: Ensure both the headset and controller software are up to date, as outdated software can cause issues.

* Remove Unsupported Accessories: If you're using any third-party accessories, remove them to rule out potential interference.

* Restart the Headset: A simple restart of the headset can sometimes resolve minor glitches.
