Works Till Your Headset Dies

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plugged this cable directly into thr USB-C port on back of B550A gaming motherboard, everything was great till i stsrted getting low battery warnings to the point there was lag anr critical battery warnings. Thought this cable could keep up, NOPE! So much for Oculus Link, adjusted some settings and switched to Airlink Experimental Features and had the headset just plugged into OEM Oculus charger at least rhe device could charge and actually keep up. Wireless VR is the future. Save the money buy the Elite Strap with Battery and go wireless with Airlink! Much better also this cable tangles way tl easily.

Sturdy cable!

I didnt wanna buy games on the oculus store incase my account got bricked so this cable is worth the money. There are cheaper on amazon but i think buying an official cable is always the right way to go. The cable is pretty sturdy..ive tripped over it a few times and there is no damage on it. If you are worried about damage though i reccommend getting a right angle adapter to plug into your computer so your cable doesnt get bent.

I bought these because of the brand name and hopes that the quality matches up, which it did. Worth it, but I'm sure you can find cheaper 3rd party ones.

Tried to use on Dell laptop a few years old, and turns out video card was one generation too old to make this cable work. It has more tech in the cable than one might think. Returned it because not compatible.
