I've been in a back and fourth email exchange with support for over two weeks, and still not able to proceed getting the warranty process going. Don't end up like me with a 80 dollar headache.

I am not disappointed with the quality of the cable. But there are the same cables for less than half the price.

Didn't work for me

I've heard great things about the cable, but it didn't work with my laptop even though I had the right port for it.
