An 80 dollar cable that has the usb c connection tear out with minimum use. I was just playing a game and I kept my headset plugged in while playing. The usb c connection into the charging block was torn out with ease. This is a cheap product and to have to spend 450 dollars on a headset and a cable and not be able to afford the warranty on the 80 dollar usb c to usb c cable is absolutely pathetic.

Item will need to be returned as my computer does not have any type of USB C port. The specs stated the following. Connector Type (End 1) USB Type C Gender (End 1) Male Connector Type (End 2) USB Type A Gender (End 2) Male There is no USB Type A connector on this item. Both ends are Type C. I was then hoping to see a conversion adapter included to change the one Type C end to a Type A, but there was not one. I was so hoping to use this tonight.
