Customers are saying

Customers love the Quest Pro's comfort, face tracking, and improved graphics and controllers compared to previous versions. Many appreciate the lightweight design and clearer lenses, resulting in an enjoyable VR experience. However, the high price point and subpar battery life are frequently cited as significant drawbacks. Some users also noted issues with passthrough and occasional performance inconsistencies.

Extremely disappointed in this headset. The visuals were clearer, however the headset was extremely uncomfortable and not as adjustable as the Oculus Quest 2 headsets. Also, the battery is terrible. Even without the eye and face tracking on, it didn’t last that long. I’m really hoping they can lower the price when the quest 3 is released as well as fix the comfort of the headset. I had really high hopes at this price point but it didn’t deliver. I’ll be returning the headset and waiting for the Quest 3. The controllers were nice though. But 3 cameras on each controller? Didn’t really see a difference in tracking or anything.

Comparing to the quest 2 - it’s light weight, controller batt is rechargeable and headset can be adjusted very nicely on the head. Basically, they have done significant improvement on the hardware but a little upgrade on the visuals for the price.

The price is too high when the ar looks like the black and white pixalated image of the quest 2 but just in color. The headset is comfy and controllers have nice haptics but were still laggy on positioning with the internal tracking.

Clarity is very good. Better than my previous HP Reverb 2 and Pico 4. The comfort for me was not good. It hurt my forehead after about 20 minutes use. People with different head shapes may find it comfortable. I also wish it was smaller like the Pico 4.

Much easier to put on with an adjusting wheel and the pass through in color is really nice. Comes with a charging dock so it’s always ready when you are. The controllers have a nice grip and much better tracking.

This headset is great for VR veterans who want lots of features rarely found in other VR headsets. Self tracked controllers and face tracking are very uncommon headset features. Having them included in a headset that can be used standalone or with PC VR are awesome for people that want a headset that can do a bit of everything without breaking the bank.

I purchased this because it was advertised as an Extended reality headset that would be to interact with the real world. It definitely is not. The passthrough cameras are not capable of a clear enough image to be able to really do work and use the headset at the same time. Ultimately the only real upgrades here are the face tracking ng and controllers. The face tracking can only be used in one game, qnd the Metaverse app. This is hugely dissapointing. The Quest 2 and this headset are very similar in spec, this one have the + version off the processor which doesnt do much and the ram upgrade is nice, but under utilized since most apps are made to run with the quest 2.

Great hardware. Very comfortable compared to previous generations. Still too early to get too excited as even though it is next gen graphics, there are few next gen games or apps to take advantage of it

This device is a great preview of what the future of VR and passthrough Mixed Reality holds but it is not ready for mass adoption by consumers (even for the intended business users). Battery life, comfort, and optics are not worth the price unless you are a creator, developer or designer and you want to build for the future. Within 2 years, a device like this will be old tech and sell for less than 700 bucks.

A great headset, but I dislike that the only way to use the facial tracking for PcVR is through oculus airlink. Which is subpar compared to virtual desktop. I might have kept this headset had oculus implemented features like stage tracking in their air link app. It is a tedious pain to have to constantly calibrate vive trackers. Not a great headset when pairing with PcVR. It is worth noting that It is far more comfortable than the quest 2 tho.

Graphics are great. If you are used to the Quest 2, the fit needs some tweaking, as it isn't quite as tight or comfortable. The VR eye inserts is not a good fit The handcontrollers are much better.

The only problem that I see is pricing! The headset is perfect and amazing . I can leave it in my head for hours and even stay with my kids which is not problems as, even though I few immersed, i have a feeling that they are still around due to the gap on the headset. I can not see anyone working on this, but eventually in the new future. The workeoom is cool, but I do not know anyone who is using it to test. Overall, much better than quest, if you can buy it, go for it.

I now have to sell my Quest 2 as I can never go back to it. The FOV and clarity are amazing. Text is now crisp and no longer blurry and playing Red Matter 2 with eye tracking enabled is amazing and I can get close to 2 1/2 hours of game play on a full charge. Use a 3rd party battery pack and you can play even longer. It's not cheap but people spend over $1000 on a smart phone without thinking about it and this will bring me a lot more joy than an expensive phone.

Decent headset. Decent tracking. However, not being able to live cast to a projector or monitor without an internet connection is a serious issue for my application.
