    Great Box

It sounds really nice up to the point where my sub pushes hard. Using Alpine S Type 12D4 subwoofer. The box was just an in-store purchase along with the subwoofer even though it didnt meet the minimum listed CF for the sub. At about 70% volume the box peaks and just makes port noise instead of more boom. Would work fantastic for around 250RMS sub

This is designed for a 12" sub and unlike other low end enclosures and bass cannons/tubes this has room in it so a heated sub coil won't be banging on the side of the enclosure from the inside.

Very large takes a lot of room in truck, but Polk 12" subwoofer fit awesome and sounds awesome.

the box says its 1.3 cubic feet of airspace for all that are wondering. 4 stars because I have not yet used it, but it looks and feels solid, I think I have the same exact one in my car already ( im adding another sub )

first of all lets get to the facts its only .50 inches thick only one half inch extremely thin!! it resonates and will eventually break. secondly its tune is nowhere near the 38hz it claims on box its more like 42-44hz. its peaky and dirty. its cheaply built and the only thing thats nice on it is the terminal cups are high quality in every way thats it. thin cheap high tuned junk dont listen to good reviews!!!

P2 12” RF wouldn't fit. Website specs are wrong

I found this box on Best Buy website. I thought I had the right box. I Printed the Info page to take with me. Drove 30 miles round trip to pick up. When I got home and removed the wrapper I measured the MDF at 5/8". Not what was listed on the website. My Rockford Fosgate P2D4-12 12" subwoofer would not fit right. The box has a ridge around the square edge of the box on the speaker hole side. Would be a nice protective bezel if my sub would fit. I could have bolted it down if I turned it a little, but the trim ring would not fit. Had to drive 30 more miles to return it. Very frustrating. Time to buy one from Crutchfield. I would never have had to leave this bad review if the website had the correct 5/8" MDF spec.
