Great condition, lightning fast, more memory than I really need (using primarily for online classes), no issues to report after the first few weeks. I have read some reviews that mention the lack of wifi, however, this does have wifi for clarity. I love this notebook.

I felt i have take risk of buy Refurbished HP laptop from Joy Systems, The cost of the laptop and performance i really feel its value for money and laptop is looking very good slick and handy for my youger daughter to use for her online class and other personal work

This is my first computer I've personally owned and let me tell you I love it. It's quick, lots of space, and travel size friendly. I couldn't have gotten a better first computer especially for the price.

Excellent device with good specs. Had issue setting it up for Wifi 2 reflecting as off. Joysystems team member helped with easy troubleshoot. Press F11 and wifi will come on (as long as fn key is not blinking)

Right out of the box. Useless, it doesn’t have a wireless adapter so in order to set it up and use it you have to go back to the store and buy a wireless adapter. This was not mentioned anywhere on the ad. I never thought that these days when everything is wireless you would buy a modern computer and not have WiFi capabilities right out of the box.

Laptop arrived in perfect condition, all parts/accessories in the box worked well, and I was a little nervous about running into some Wi-fi troubles during setup, but everything went smoothly! I've had my refurbished laptop for about a week now and it's everything I wanted/needed it to be as a highschooler. It's sleek, lightweight and portable, and on top of that it can easily handle all of my schoolwork and run some casual online and downloadable games, all while letting me browse the web freely. At a sub-$400 price tag, this is a steal; Not only do I highly recommend this model of laptop to anyone who needs one, but kudos to Joy Systems for doing a fantastic job refurbishing it to almost-new condition!

GREAT! The is the one word I would describe the experience of purchasing this refurbished HP computer. It works and looks like new. Could not be happy with the service the Juana and Joy Systems has done, HIGHLY recommend.

I purchase a laptop through Best Buy that was refurbished through Joy Systems. The machine is solid and functioning well. Customer support with Joy Systems was good - they were helpful and responsive.

Item had a damaged lid with scratches. Despite the visual damage I also wasn't satisfied with the matte screen, the red camera light that flickered every time it scanned your face, and the overall look of the computer. More so some preference issues but the damage made me inclined to just return it. Super easy to return and I will likely be trying again with another purchase now that I am more familiar with my preferences.

I bought a re-manufactured unit. It had very minor blemishes on the case. Set up was easy, performance is awesome. I use it with an external 27 inch monitor and speakers for gaming and I’m very happy with the performance vs. price I paid.

I broke my 3 year old laptop this week. I really didn't want to spend $7-800 for a new one and this is just about the identical one I have. This has a larger HD though. Very easy to set up and it looks new. I believe this is a great option for anyone that just needs a good fast laptop that maybe doesn't have all the newest features. Battery seams to be lasting about the same as my old one. Thank you Joy systems for offering this for best buy to sell.

Works great! Recieved it last month, and haven't had a single problem so far, and the Laptop arrived in like-new condition. Battery life isn't great (5-7 hours on a full charge) depending on workload, but I just keep it plugged in.

Fantastic laptop, fast , perfect size for traveling quick delivery. I never thought I would purchase a refurbished works great.

Working with this computer for month and it is fast. You don't have fingerprint read but the face recognition is quick. I am happy within this purchase.

I like this laptop a lot- I got it about a week ago, and so far it has been very helpful for schoolwork and other things along those lines. It runs very well and does not take a long time to load. My only complaint is that the battery life is fairly low. For example, it drained from full battery to about 60% after three hours of use. I do recommend this laptop, but if you buy it make sure to bring the charger with you when you use it!

Ordered this due to our previous home desktop dying (after using it for about 8 good long years). I had some hesitations about getting something refurbished but when I saw the specs for this and the price they listed it at, I couldn't pass it up. So far this thing is holding up, works Photoshop and Illustrator while Spotify runs in the background and its hooked up to a dual monitor docking station.
