Ordered this laptop, came in less time then stated. I love it!!

Fills expectations. Wish it had a gpu and dvd but it is what it is.

Received this today and very happy with it. I actually purchased a different laptop in store and saw this online so i returned the prior one for this. Its half the cost and has 16gig more ram . Not a bad pc for cost. Only down is graphics card is standard but every other component is top notch. That's easily upgradable. Came in great condition

It works like new the refurbishment was very well done. It already came installed with Windows 11. The processor is really fast I am the type to have lots of tabs and apps open at the same time so I am glad it can take my workload very well. I really recommend this product especially for its price its practically a steal.

Works great for homework on the go and is everything I was looking for in a laptop. Runs well, loads quickly. Matt get a second one for my children too

Great laptop! Joy Systems performed the work on this laptop; they are an authorized Microsoft refurbishing company. They had it ready for pickup 2 days earlier than promised. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to purchase a refurbished laptop!

Awesome computer and specs even though it is refurbished. I love it and so glad I was able to snatch it up before it sold out! Great price such a steal! I will be enjoying this computer for a long time.

The computer came in with very small scuff however that was about it. Quality is pretty good. The setup process was very easy just read the instructions. The only problem i had was that sometime during the setup i had to connect to the wifi and it would say no networks available so i pressed the airplane mode button on the keyboard and then it was fixed.

This thing is a beast in a small package. I'm able to run a virtual lab with at least a dozen devices with no lag in performance. Perfect for testing and no where else can you get so much for so little.

Use as of day 3 has been amazing, great laptop, great condition, laptop looks new. Extremely fast, great built in wifi adaptor. Battery holds pretty well so far. Very happy with it.

I like how it was developed and the things it includes. So far everything is fine and it hasn't given me any problems. I hope it will be like this every time I use it.

It's good when I start opening my I st day it was giving some sound. But right now it's ok.
