I am so glad I purchased this refurbished laptop from BestBuy. JoySystems which performed the refurbishing made the unwrap and startup perfect. Would certainly look for another refurb purchase with BestBuy and JoySystems.

Returned due to physical defect

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer thinking it would be a good deal for the price, but unfortunately when it arrived, there was a large scratch in the middle of the screen. This isn't what I would expect from a computer which has been refurbished and inspected. I returned it in store, and the return process was very easy (the reason why I gave 2 stars). The best buy employee confirmed the screen issue and approved the return right away. Based on the other positive reviews for this item, I hope this was a fluke. I ordered the same laptop again to see if I would get a better device this time. At which point I hope I can amend my review to recommend it, and comment on other aspects of the device past the initial physical issues I experienced. I can only imagine that my issue was an outlier.
