    For my very first HP laptop, it runs extremely smooth and faster compared to my dell. Best Buy and the refurbisher did a great job and making it seem brand new. Also this deal was awesome which allowed me to get a laptop with so many perks like the 32GB and the 1TB of SSD. Overall this computer is excellent and a great buy.

    Joy systems has a way with packaging refurbished laptops to make them feel brand new. Really appreciate the care that they put into the laptop, it was well packaged and protected from the chaos of transit, and had resources organized efficiently in the box. The laptop itself works great and feels new. Appreciate the quality.
