I guess it did fit, but it was so bulky you that it’s stuck out about an inch from my dashboard instead of lying flat. I had to get it uninstalled and ended up returning the product.

I don't know if it just wasn't installed correctly or its just how these things work, but my god does this thing squeak. The parts rub together in multiple places and it drives me nuts.

Bad fit!

There is a gap at the bottom and the trim piece doesn't cover it. If i would have known that, I may have continued looking. I don't like the way it looks.

It’s ugly, not for newer Jeeps

I had a radio installed in my 2016 JK and there is a really unpleasant gap on the top and bottom on the radio. It looks very unclean, the radio sits too far into the dash giving it a janky sunken appearance, where you can see into the bottom of the dash, underneath the radio. I’m hoping to 3D print some type of facia to go over this hot mess.
