I was cheated

I complained to customer service but only received soliscititations in reply. I finally bought a monitor from another store and hooked up the camera.

Poor camera

One time the camera did not work and another time the picture looked like it was raining hard when it was sunny. Best Buy should find a better 'standard' camera. I was going to add a new receiver & backup camera to some addition vehicles but the 'only fair' backup camera image has caused me to not do that at Best Buy.

Not so great camera

There are many times when backing up at night, I cannot see anything behind. I wasn't expecting the camera to be as clear night as during the night, but I wasn't expecting blurriness.
