They were a must with aftermarket speakers in my Malibu

Adapter plates work as stated and fit the speakers.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I GOT THEM ON DEC-14. ZND WHEN I WENT TO TO THE STROUDBERG, WHERE I BROUGHT THEM. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THE PERSON WHO INSTALLS THEM IS OUT AND THEY DON'T KNOW IF HE'S COMING BACK. SO THE MANAGER SAID THE WHITEHALL STORE. THAT MEANS I HAVE TO TRAVEL BOTH WAYS 120- MILES. THEY TOOK THEM BACK. BUT AFTER WHAT I WENT THRU, THEY SHOULD HAD MADE IT UP TO ME.

It’s a great kit to replace stick speakers. It should tell you that you have to drill holes in the door to make the screws fit though. Or it should be a little longer like the stick speaker spacer is.

I bought this to replace the factory speakers in my 2010 Chevy Cobalt base sedan. The adaptors did not fit. I removed material from the inside of the door and from the adaptors themselves. I could not get the plastic door panels to clip back into place. Fortunately the speakers I bought had adaptor mounts included that I was able to use with the factory bolt and a couple self tapping screws each. These may fit other vehicles but I do not recommend them for a Chevy Cobalt.

Works flawlessly if you are trying to install aftermarket speakers in an applicable GM vehicle.

Product works but is a bit pricey for what you are really getting, couple pieces of plastic. It fit but not very snug and it wiggles around a tad with no adhesive or rattle foam.

Fit my Chevy Cruze perfect for my aftermarket sundown Audio speakers.

I DID PURCHASE THESE FOR THE INSTALLED - THEY WERENT TOO MUCH -- HOWEVER WHEN YOU PURCHASE THROUGH CRUTCHFIELD THEY GIVE YOU THESE FOR FREE

This is a very cheap part, it doesn't fit like it is supposed to and doesn't help.

Didn't use the front adapters, only the rears and they dont work. I have an 05 silverado and had to modify the brackets in order to use them. Also once the speaker is mounted to the bracket, the bracket can't be mounted to the door without making yet more holes. I would have prefered to use the factory mounting spot. They will work but need to be modified.

Definitely does not fit GM vehicles even though it says they do. Waited to long now they can’t be returned.

Absolutely horrible. Getting speakers installed should not be this hard. Trying to call the store should not be this hard. I complained to a manager that I could not call the store to get ahold of someone about the issues I had he pushed it on to cooperate. Best buy no longer cares about its customers.

I don't believe it make the speakers sound any better
