needs to be re designed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the speaker kits do not sit rite , they sit too far in so i removed old speakers from the original housing and glued speakers in place now the speakers are at original hight . the new kits i through in the garbage

Didn't work

Sadly the are too bulky and don't allow for the door panel to be placed back on the door. Maybe they work for other vehicle models, but not for mine.

Easy breaks

Skip Sonic Electronix get these from Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sonic ones were more flimsy. These were a better fit, no modifications were made for my Pontiac G5. They did make the door panel stick out a tad on the bottom. The door panel hits the very corner of the adapter. My panels are secure and the gap at the bottom is not noticeable. Also I took the gasket off the factory speaker brackets and it was able to be used on these. . Again maybe I could have adjusted the adapters to move over better and let the panel fit. Either way I like the product
