Very fun and challenging game for the Nintendo Switch. Metroid is back!

This game is awesome!! To me its almost as good as Super Metroid. But its a great sequel none the less. Graphics are great but could have been way better if it was in 4k. Its a long game... definitely not short.

This is my first ever Metroid game, and wow it was fun! I very happy with my purchase, and I want to play any further Metroid games that may come out or go back in Nintendo’s catalog to play the originals.

I love Metroid and the “Metroidvania” style games. The fact that the game that started the genre can come back many years later and bring a phenomenal experience is a testament to how good it really is.

Really fun game! My frist time experiencing a Metroid game and I can't say I was disappointed, going as far as completing this game 100%. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into the series.

I’ve been waiting a long time from Metroid game. I’m in the middle of it and I’m having a lot of fun. Definitely is a must buy especially for the older generation that started playing Metroid many years ago.

This game rocked. It was difficult but fun. You have to use a lot of trial and error but the new enemies certainly bring out the dread. Samus is at her coolest.

Metroid goes back to it's 2D roots for Samus' lastest outing. The game plays very well and is great, but the only reason that I am knocking it down 1 star is due to the EMMI sections. I don't want to have to feel rushed while being chased through certain sections. They are trial and error which I don't find to be fun. Metroid is about exploration. Thankfully the sections seem to be pretty minimal thus far.

Metriod Dread is challenging and really fun. Bosses take max attempts to master. My only complaint is that once you have all of Samus' abilities and can explore freely, the game gets a little boss heavy.

Fun game. An instant classic. If you enjoyed Samus Returns, then you'll love this game.... although this one is a little tougher in my opinion. Dont feel discouraged by dying a lot lol

The game is very challenging but you feel a lot of satisfaction when you overcome the difficult bosses throughout this game. Definitely not for people who want to any easy experience.

reminds me a lot of the old super metroid, maps are fun and well laid out.

Metroid has always been fun! To have a new Metroid game (finally) for the Nintendo Switch made me so excited!! Currently working on two games, but looking forward to getting deeper into this one:)

My personal game of the year. It completely exceeded my expectations. This is the Metroid game we've been waiting for and it's one of the best in the series. Was delivered in great condition.

Awesome game! It gets you hooked right from the beginning. I was skeptical about it initially since it’s a 2-D game, but I’m so happy I ended up getting it. Worth it and you won’t be disappointed!

If not for Returnal, this would be my GOTY. This game is a Love letter to previous installments while feeling like it pushes the series forward in a fun, tight way. Definite recommendation.

Amazing game. I found it a little on the short side but it’s a lot of quality and runs amazing. I’ve also heard it may have some DLC too and that could be exiting if it’s an expansion.

Best Metroid game..... Ever. So good. Played through Super Metroid with my 6yr old and he was hooked so we dove into this one. I don't think we skipped a day of play until we beat it.

Old school fun. I felt like a kid again playing this game. It’s difficult, but in a good way. Highly recommend this to anyone who likes challenging games and grew up with the NES/SNES.
