Why am I doing this to myself?

Sometimes, so much so, that I put the game down for months. Years? Maybe. This is no different. It's infuriating at times. Having to restart or go through missions from the beginning is annoying as... well, you know. You know what though? It's Metroid. And I still love it. So why am I doing this to myself? Because it's hella fun, friends.

Metroid - 5 stars

The overall game is excellent. It is hard and some levels frustrating at least for me but once you get past them it does give you a sense of achievement. The sound effects are top notch and the graphics are great for the switch. Overall I recommend it if you are looking for a challenging new game on the switch. if you get easily frustrated then you may want to consider trying the demo first.

A new 2D Metroid in 2021… What?!?! I’m a kid again

Are you kidding me?!?!! Love it. Exploring is a little tough with EMMI chasing you constantly. Thankfully they are locked in to only specific areas. It does add a matter of tense game play. As soon as you level up some of your abilities they are easier to escape, and there are plenty of areas to save in case they catch you. If you like Metroid at all, BUY IT, BUY IT NOW! A must own/play
