    I was planning on buying the controller new but when I went to purchase it, there was no stock for shipping, only pick up. My closest Best Buy is 1.5 hrs away so I decided to purchase an Open Box - Excellent condition and I'm not disappointed! The controller came with everything a brand new one would. I also saved some money buying an Open Box
