You can to go wrong with official controllers. They are worth the extra price. Knock offs on last a couple of months.

The controller was bought as a previous PS4 controller was having connection issues. Xbox on fits well in hand and no more connection issues.

The Microsoft controller is much better than many of the 3rd party options out there. Has held up well under extensive use.

What can I say it's an Xbox controller eventually the buttons will stop working correctly from being smashed too hard and you have to buy another one or if you barely drop it well something will break because it's all cheap plastic.

Built well. Sturdy. Pretty much everything you would expect out of a PC controller. Recommend buying lithium ion rechargeable batteries.

I purchased this controller for the PC, as I had great luck with the XBOX 360 version. Within a few weeks, the USB port became loose and would not stay connected. After multiple calls, e-mails and chats, Microsoft stopped responding on my warranty claim. Sent in copies of the receipt, pictures and still nothing. I purchased a wireless adapter and now it works, but its very disappointing that Microsoft did everything they could to not stand behind their product. If something does go wrong with this controller, you're on your own.

We have purchased 3 of these controllers and the microphone feature stopped working on all of them. Didn't purchase protection plan for them. Just bought #4 this week and purchased the protection plan. My advice: get the plan!
