Works and looks like it's a brand new $60 controller

Package arrived and looking to give for Christmas, this is my first geek squad refurbished purchase so I hope on Christmas morning it's as good as it's supposed to be!

I bought 2 of these and one works perfectly, the second will not stay paired to either my Xbox one or one S. I will be reaching out to Geek Squad for help

This controller works ok. Sometimes it loses connection to the xbox

Good Xbox controller. Some refurbished ones are like new but others are not as great. Check it out before you keep.

The controller arrived on time and was packaged very securely. I already had the information for Geek Squad so if anything happens to controller, I'm covered. Thanks for the controller even though it is refurbished and a great price.

Brought this to go along with my son white xbox the white on white really goes goid together my son loves it

I think the toggle stick is broken already and the controller connection breaks often.

Just as good as a brand new one but for half the price. I added the warranty for good measure. From now I will buy refurbished controllers.

Before ordering I was skeptical, but once receiving this controller in the mail it operated like it was brand new right out of the box. It even feels more responsive than my Xbox elite controller, will have to purchase another 1.

Went bad In 1 year . Its has really bad joycon drifters stick

I bought two of these. One did not work as it drifted to the right directly from opening but the other one was fine.

Kids will always break things, it’s a good idea to have a back up just in case one breaks or they have a friend over that wants to play as well. Always good to be prepared

The price was great and the product is nice but we had to return the controller because the A button was sticky and eventually stopped working. So there is some risk with these refurb units. But BB was great about the return and helped us find a new one on sale, so we still came out OK on price.

Works just like new at a great discounted price. All buttons and actions work as they should. I'd recommend these for anyone that needs multiple controllers.

I got a good deal on this because I opted for the refurbished controller. I know there are many people that don't buy refurb but I do when it's an option and I've never had an issue.

I thought the controller would come in a plastic bag without instructions but my grandson didn't even notice that it was refurbished!! He actually thought it was brand new!!

We have been through several NEW Xbox one controllers. You would never guess this one was way cheaper and has been refurbished! It’s super responsive and the battery holds a perfect charge!

Game system controllers are overpriced so when I found this refurbished controller I decided to try it out. This controller has held up better than my original controller.
