Totally unexpected!
I figured it was a first gen, maybe a 2nd that had a 3.5mm in it. What to my surprised by a had-to-be-new-open-box-buy or something XBox One S White controller! Bluetooth and all, I was shocked. It has performed fantastically, including with my Chatpad. I see why these ran low so fast, if you get a chance jump on one or more of these. Everything was there, it was recertified (tested) by Geek Squad so I knew it had to be working, and it was. Very impressed and will take advantage of thins like this from Best Buy again!

It's all about what you are used to.
It's a solid controller, and it looks new. The referb is not noticeable. I do prefer the PS4 controller, but if you need an Xbox one, save a few bucks and get a Geek Squad referb.

Perfect for my needs
This works wirelessly over bluetooth or via USB. So I can use it with my phone, xbox, or laptop. It's white so it's easy to see in the dark. I haven't had any issues at all with battery life either! Great product.
