efore this, I had tried 6 different controllers for my windows PC. I don't even own an Xbox, and I am a hardcore PS4 fan, but even I will admit that the Xbox controller works better with Windows PCs. I don't know if Microsoft purposely makes all other controllers not work as well on their PCs or what, but the fact is that this controller gives me fewer issues than any other controller I've tried.

I was a bit skeptical at first to buy this product because of the color. Though I wanted it badly i was afraid it would get dirty and nasty looking really fast. Turns out that out of 4 controllers, this is my go to. I use it daily and it's durable and still snow white. I love the texture and how it feels in your hands while gaming!

It's a solid controller, and it looks new. The referb is not noticeable. I do prefer the PS4 controller, but if you need an Xbox one, save a few bucks and get a Geek Squad referb.

Started out great, no issues. It recently started dying faster than normal. This is to be expected though since it was refurbished.

I love the wireless controllers for the X-Box. They feel great and work super well. Get yourself some rechargeable batteries and you're set for a long time!

The controllers works fine. The only time I had issue was getting it paired with my PC the very first time but since then it works great.

Got this as a refurbished product but it looks and plays like new. We have used it with android and Apple devices as well as Windows and PC and it works great. Be aware that it does use AA batteries.

Aside from the packaging, the experience was perfect and the controller works like new. My kid loves the Bluetooth and just hooked it up to his laptop. One general disappointment is that MS does not makes them more sturdy.

Always a little hesitant about wireless devices and their connection ability. I am quite happy with this control Works perfect and the connection is both good and fast Would de recommend!

Perfect for our xbox. Highly recommend wireless controllers with kiddos lol they trip over cords. This one works great. We have had no issues and got it at a great price.

Could not tell this had been refurbished. no marks or anything else. Immediately paired and connects faster than my older xbox one control (the one I got was the newer model with the 3.5mm jack).

Xbox controllers are the gold standard for PC gaming right now, and it's easy to see why once you start using one. After fussing around with a PS4 controller for a long time trying to get it to work with spotty results, I finally took the plunge on this one. It's not cheap, but buying it refurbished helps take some of the sting out of it. The refurb unit I bought was in perfect shape. It was clean and I've had no issues with it. I would recommend buying some rechargeable batteries or a battery pack to go along with it, though, or you'll be ripping through AA batteries.

I figured it was a first gen, maybe a 2nd that had a 3.5mm in it. What to my surprised by a had-to-be-new-open-box-buy or something XBox One S White controller! Bluetooth and all, I was shocked. It has performed fantastically, including with my Chatpad. I see why these ran low so fast, if you get a chance jump on one or more of these. Everything was there, it was recertified (tested) by Geek Squad so I knew it had to be working, and it was. Very impressed and will take advantage of thins like this from Best Buy again!

FANTASTIC! I have 2 1st Gen controllers, one died and I wasn't looking to keep buying them. I took a shot at this one, even tho it's white, hoping it was fully updated and in decent shape in a bag or something... NEW IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING! Great because I know it's been tested but just like I would've purchased brand new. So if you want a deal for a great wireless controller that has Bluetooth and works on any Win 10 laptop/PC with BT (sweet for Steam!) you found it. I'm seriously thinking another is in my future!

Love the Xbox controller form factor. Feels just right. This refurbished model worked just like a new one and looked new too.

The Xbox Wireless Controller has become the standard for gaming especially on a PC. This white S model pairs easily with a Windows 10 computer via bluetooth connectivity so no additional dongles are needed. Also great if you need to add a P2, P3, or P4 to your existing Xbox One console. Would be nice if they came with rechargeable batteries, but they are fairly cheap. It's also been confirmed that these will be compatible with the Series X console releasing later this year.

works and is clean just like brand new! unlike buying from a 2nd hand store this controller is in great condition and plays well.

I bought these refurbished units and kids have been using it, came in a box in perfect condition and working like intended.
