Messed up right bumper pretty quick but I might have dropped it

Both items purchased worked perfectly and delivered on time as expected. The online search is well done and it was easy to find the items I was looking for and checkout was simple.

These refurbished controllers have better range that my original controllers and they were less expensive.

I purchased this controller around October 20, and on November 16th it stopped connecting to my Xbox. I tried reconnecting it with the button on the top of the controller, I tried plugging it directly i to the console via micro-usb, nothing worked. When i took the controller into a bestbuy store to ask the geek squad if they could fix it or give me a replacement, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was past the return period. I then filled out a warranty request on microsofts website, and i was told the controller was no longer under warranty. Overall very disappointed. I had this controller for less than a month and already had to buy a new one. (Just paid $60 for a brand new one rather than wasting my time and money on a refurbished one again)

Initially I was skeptical because it came refurbished, but once I got it, I was pleasantly surprised. It was still in new packaging and doesn't appear to have been used at all

This is my third controller, from now just buying refurbished, their durability is under scrutiny

Using for light gaming on a PC. So far no issues. No noticable cosmetic flaws.

Was a week late and there's somethings wrong with it.

I had look all over for a second remote but all were 50.00 and above so i finally checked best buy and found a refurbished controller for 20 less than game stores.

The package arrived completely scronched, but the controller was perfectly fine.

My kids needed a 2nd Xbox controller and the one from Geek Squad has been a great choice for use with friend and family

I ordered this controller as a gift for my friend, and there was already something wrong as soon as i opened the box. The box for the controller was tampered with (i ordered this controller new so this was weird to me). There was no tape sealing the box, and the box itself was discolored and a little beat up. When i opened the box, the controller itself was fine, but there were no batteries that came with it like they usually do. After fixing up the box a bit, I gifted it, and it was working fine for a while. But after a couple weeks, the controller wouldn’t connect to the xbox. He tried replacing the batteries, syncing it to his system again, but the only thing that would happen was the light on the controller blinking and turning back off

Definitely looks used and worn in but works as its supposed to.

great price! couldn't tell you if it was new or not. I was pleasantly surprised. well worth the money saved.

Exactly what I needed and came right to my door. Decided to get this over the new one since it saved us a few bucks.

My son purchased a new Xbox One, and gave his dad the old one so we needed a controller. Good purchase for what we needed.

Everything looked good but the controller has a drift the left analog stick gets stuck all the time this has been happening since I got the controller on the bright side I did get a controller cheap so I could have two instead of 1

These controllers are OK but I do not care for how the backs are easily lost I wish there was a way they were attached to the controllers I would strongly suggest getting the warrantee I’ve had to replace many

The need for multiple controllers to utilize the system with multiple players. This was a good deal on the controller

I’ve had this controller for several months now and it has been nothing but reliable. Great refurb purchase!
