    Okay, so overall the controller worked fine, the only problem was that my RT didn't work well that much. I mean I know the controller is refurbished but the RT bugged me a lot.

    As soon as my son started to use this controller, the buttons did not work. He is away at college and will have to find a way to get to a Best Buy to exchange or return this controller. Fortunately, I purchased the geek squad protection so it will give him time to deal with this. But for now the controller is useless.
