    The grip is good the 3.5 mm jack is perfect as was the condition. I definitely recommend

    The usb did not function correctly to charge my controller’s battery. It worked great when running on batteries, but since I use the play and charge kit, I really need to usb to work. This is definitely something that should have been tested to be classified as refurbished.

    Never again will I buy a refurbished controller from Best buy. My new controller does not connect to my Xbox One. I used two different Xbox One controllers to test if the one i used from best buy was working and the controller from best buy failed to connect to my system. I definitely want a refund or some sort of exchange because I really am disappointed with how my supposed to be a new controller failed to work.

    As soon as my son started to use this controller, the buttons did not work. He is away at college and will have to find a way to get to a Best Buy to exchange or return this controller. Fortunately, I purchased the geek squad protection so it will give him time to deal with this. But for now the controller is useless.

    Not the best, but works fine as a controller. Cannot find a compatible headset out of the 5 we own, and my kids claim it's the controller itself. Probably won't be a repeat purchase.

    I bought 2 of these as well as an Elite Controller. All were on sale at a price that I thought why not buy a refurbished controller as I was sold by the marketing and good reviews, Within a very short time I noticed that as I played my character started drifting on his own. It just got worse and I couldn't return it. Then the same thing happened with one of the regular controllers. 1 out of 3 is working and that is ridiculous. I don't recommend buying refurbished.
