    I Bought an extra controller for my kids for Xmas and a button is already sticking and I just saw that the last return date was 3 days ago. They were gone for 10 days after Xmas and just started playing with the controller but since I bought it before Xmas the return time has past. I should have purchased new and not refurbished.

    I don't believe that the Geek Squad employee that worked on this controller was a gamer. The buttons were sticky. It just didn't work and I had to return it. I decided to wait for a new controller go on sale and spend the extra few dollars. I wouldn't but a refurbished controller again.

    These were a replacement for one that refused to connect with bluetooth to my XBOX. So far they are perfect.

    I purchased an xbox refurbished controller from Best Buy. Item came while we were away on a 2 week vacation. Once opened realized a button intermittently sticks. Best Buy would not honor an exchange. Now have to try through the manufacturer. Will not buy from Best Buy again - return and exchange policy is not good for a busy family.
