Not worth the price

The one I received worked well the first time I used it and completely flopped all times after that. It’d disconnect and would not reconnect to my Xbox afterwards until I’d try again later. At first I thought it was my Xbox, but my old controller, which I was replacing for hardware damage, would still connect just fine to my console. I decided I’d have to bite the bullet and get a brand new one, but I’m never purchasing a refurbished product again. Fortunately, I was able to return the product and get a full refund except for the shipping cost :/

So there is some risk with these refurb units. But BB was great about the return and helped us find a new one on sale, so we still came out OK on price.

I had problems with it from the very beginning. It kept losing connection to the console and had a hard time reconnecting.
