Not good

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad didn't do a good job this time, I bought this controller trusting that been certified to be in good working condition, but it was getting stock since the begining, when I tried to return it, they told me I needed it to contact Microsoft directly were I didn't find much help either.

Won't stay connected

I ordered this before going on vacation. I get back and it doesn't work, and I can't return it because it's beyond 15 days. Thanks for taking my money..........

In the past, I've never had any issues with certified products at Best Buy. This one had some scuffs on the controller and the plastic housing also appeared to be loose. Best Buy gave me no issues exchanging it for a new one.

It came broken

Bluetooth Went Out
