I like everything about it. So far it has been easy to figure out most of it. The camera takes nice quality pictures to. Still learning it but so far I give it 5 stars.

There is much to tell about this phone. But in less words, would I buy it again?? YES. It's a whole different experience!!

So i have had this device for a week, also needed was a smartwatch to see who was calling, but this is a great productivity device, with an added benefit of a phone.

Phone is really Buggy, camera quality is garbage. Phone gets hot. Definitely a lot of real estate.

So I've been waiting for this duo for several years..pre-order it..and had it for 4 days..list TERRIBLE SOFTWARE GLITCHES..TERRIBLE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION...TERRIBLE CALL QUALITY...$1400 NIGHTMARE..SO I RETURNED IT BACK TO BESTBUY..BOUGHT THE GALAXY Z FOLD 2 WHICH IS FLAWLESS

Gift for my wife. She loves it. All the features she needs. Would have preferred it to have additional storage but workable.

I am usually one who can overlook little issues, but with the hype surrounding this Surface Duo, plus the value involved....It's a bit different. “Reviewers in this invitation-only program are provided products for the purpose of writing honest, unbiased reviews.” Pros: Overall it's a quick phone, with decent battery life, great screens, premium build, INSANELY thin per side. You can multitask quite well! LTE signal is strong, haven’t dropped any calls, and WiFi (even though limited to Wifi5/802.11ac) is quick as well. The Snapdragon 855 doesn't feel dated yet, even though it’s a last gen chipset at the time of launch. I was pleasantly surprised with the battery life, easily lasting a full day of screen time, (the day I got it, I couldn't set it down, unplugged around 6am, still had a little over 20% at 6:30pm) or around 2 days if you use it for a few hours of on screen time per day. Each screen is a 5.6” AMOLED display, that can get very bright! The colors pop, and they’re super vibrant. The lowest brightness is actually slightly too bright for night usage! (my wife gets after me!) The overall build quality is amazing, Gorilla glass on the front and back, and the hinge is so smooth and works very well, while not being wobbly or too stiff. The thickness (or thinness, 4.8mm) is so crazy when you see that the USB-C port. Its most of the size while open! Even closed, it fits in my pockets without much fuss. (I was an nexus 6 owner way back, it was thicker than this phone closed!) Cons: Odd little issues abound. The folding action, while feeling amazing and smooth, has some wonky sensors, that will sometimes detect that the device is folded when its not, or when it is folded, both screens will stay on. You can tap twice to change screens while using it folded, but sometimes that does not work properly, OR once I get it to work, my hand on the back of the device will somehow double press and change the screen when I don’t want it to change. While open, moving apps around takes work, and while the native Microsoft apps seem to work fine, other apps, including Google apps, do not know what to do with 2 screens. With this issue, you’re forced to use the Microsoft keyboard, (which isn’t terrible, but easily a couple steps behind the Gboard) because the Gboard doesn’t know how to act with 2 screens, and some of it will end up being cut off sometimes. Wrap up: I wanted to put more in the Cons, but because the other issues I’m having are with 3rd party apps, I cannot blame the device. I am just hopeful some quick fixes make it down the pipe, and Microsoft quickly brings an update to Android 11. With some software fixes, this could go from a fun/mildly frustrating awesome piece of Tech, to a beast multitasking device.

Awesome gadget! Works well and beautifully made. Classy and sofisticated. Portable and easy to use. Will not dissapoint!

its an OK phone. Needs software updates to make it flow more. Needs better specs.

Great item. It's good for work and personal life. While there is room for improvement it's still a great phone.
